How does NETSTATS measure telemetry ingestion volume?
Ingested events are logged each time an eBPF kprobe or XDP program emits a ringbuffer struct payload to your assigned gRPC collector endpoint. Duplicate events within 1 millisecond windows are automatically deduplicated at the driver layer to minimize billing bloat.
What happens if we breach our 99.999% SLA guarantee?
If edge collector availability falls below 99.999% in any billing cycle, customers receive automatic service credit refunds according to our formal credit schedule (10% credit for <99.99%, 25% for <99.9%, 100% for <99.0%).
Can we deploy probes in isolated VPC environments without Internet access?
Yes. Enterprise and Sovereign PoP customers can utilize our PrivateLink / AWS VPC Peering proxy gateway, streaming telemetry payloads securely over private mTLS tunnels.
